Training of Trainers Program (TOT)

 
 Program Objectives
- Define and differentiate between; Learning, Education, Training and Development.
- Be able to explain and demonstrate the learning process.
- Understand the importance of Training and Development to professionals.
- Explain the principles of Adults learning.
- Understand what a training program plan is and what a session plan is.
- Be able to build a simple training program plan and a training session plan.
- Understand the different roles of a Trainer.
- Understand and be able to design and use all major instructional methods (Core & Supporting).
- Understand and be able to design and use all Teaching and Learning Aids and Tools.
- Understand the importance of training evaluation and development (Why, how and when).
- Be able to design and use an assessment tool and analyze the evaluation results and use it in developing the program.
